The program will provide both an environment for youth to understand that a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to successful learning because although they are human qualities, not all students have experienced success to have this type of enthusiasm for learning. Positive reinforcement will be both practiced and demonstrated between students and teachers to build a sense of pride and self esteem.
