Child Care Providers
If you are operating a daycare facility that has been licensed by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TXDPFS), you might want to consider becoming a Child Care Services Provider.
What's in it for me?
CCS Referrals - Upon signing a provider agreement with CCS, the name of your center is placed on a provider list that is given to the parents so they can choose the center that fits their children's needs. Once the parent chooses the facility, CCS staff will enroll the child and provide you with an authorization code to confirm referral.
Resource Room - As a CCS provider you will have access to the Resource Room which provides a wide variety of educational materials that your center may check out to utilize at no cost.
Trainings - You will also have access to trainings which will help your center/staff meet requirements set by TXDPFS.
CCS providers may get paid once or twice a month depending on type of facility and provider agreement terms. Our main funding source is the Texas Workforce Commission (the Commission); therefore CCS providers must comply with the Commission's rules and regulations.
